The Strategic Initiative on Imaging is holding its annual conference at the Beckman Institute and the National Center for Supercomputing Applications at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign on October 14-15, 2010.

The Strategic Initiative on Imaging is dedicated to bringing together ideas, modalities, and people in imaging to foster the interdisciplinary discovery of fundamental principles in imaging science, new enabling technologies for the next generation of imaging instruments, and novel techniques for basic and translational research. A wide array of speakers and posters from across the region will highlight some of the many aspects of imaging and visualization. We also welcome representatives from companies and societies interested in imaging.
